Terms of Service
Effective January 2025
We keep this simple. Use the site and shop with us in good faith, and these terms cover how it all works.
In-store refills
- Bring your own jar. Any clean, dry container works — glass, metal, sturdy plastic.
- Tare weight. We weigh your empty container first, then subtract that from the full weight. You only pay for what you take.
- No returns on opened refills. Once it's been dispensed, it can't come back. If something's wrong with your refill, talk to us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
- Sanitation. We reserve the right to decline a container that isn't clean or food-grade for the product you're refilling.
Online shop returns & exchanges
- Unopened, unused items: returnable within 14 days of delivery for store credit or refund.
- Opened personal-care items (soap, skincare, etc.): not returnable for sanitation reasons.
- Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund.
- You cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective.
Classes & workshops
- Cancellation by you: full refund 7+ days out, 50% refund 2–6 days out, no refund within 48 hours. Transfer your spot to a friend anytime — just let us know.
- Cancellation by us: full refund or credit toward a future class.
- Free classes: please RSVP so we can plan, and give us a heads-up if you can't make it so someone else can take your seat.
Vendors & market participation
- Application doesn't guarantee a spot — we curate for fit, quality, and packaging.
- Vendors handle their own sales tax, insurance, and product liability.
- No AI-generated artwork or merch. Real human craft only.
- Full vendor agreement is sent on acceptance.
Site & content
- Photos, copy, and branding on this site belong to Wonderfill Refillery. Please don't repost as your own.
- We try to keep info accurate (prices, hours, classes), but mistakes happen. We reserve the right to correct them.
Limitation of liability
Wonderfill Refillery, its owner, and staff aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from use of the site, store, or products. Our maximum liability for any single order is the amount you paid for it. Some things (like state consumer law protections) can't be waived — those still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we change anything material, we'll update the effective date at the top.
