What we collect

• Email address — when you sign up for our newsletter, place an order, send us a message, or RSVP for a class.
• Name & phone (optional) — only when you give them to us through a form (orders, vendor apps, contact, class RSVPs).
• Order & account info — handled by our shop platform (Shopify) when you buy something.
• Site analytics — basic, anonymized visit data so we can tell which pages are useful.
• Cookies — small files that keep your cart working and remember your preferences. See our cookie banner for control.

How we use it

• Send you the newsletter (only if you signed up — we never buy email lists).
• Fulfill orders, ship product, and reply to questions.
• Improve the site based on what people actually use.
• Let you know about new refills, classes, and markets if you opted in.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your info. Full stop.

Third-party services we use

• Shopify — runs our online shop & payments.
• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — stores form submissions, accounts, class RSVPs.
• Resend — delivers our emails.
• Site analytics — basic pageview tracking. Decline non-essential cookies in our banner to opt out.

Each of these has their own privacy policy. We only share with them what they need to do their job.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe — every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Delete your account or data — email us at founder@wonderfillrefillery.com and we'll wipe what we can within 30 days.
• See what we have — ask and we'll send you a copy.

Kids

Our site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect info from them. If you think your kid signed up for something, holler and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the effective date at the top and — if it's a big change — tell our newsletter folks too.
