At Wonderfill Refillery, we stand behind the products we carry and want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. While many of our items are final sale due to the nature of refills and personal care products, we do offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Standard Return Policy
You may request a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
For online orders, please email us at wonderfillrefillery@gmail.com to request a return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for mailing your item back. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method minus the cost of return shipping.

Online Order Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction on their end.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at wonderfillrefillery@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right. We’re happy to replace or refund items damaged in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Personal care products and beauty items
- Bulk liquid refills
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (including our Seconds First Clothing)
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out. We review refund or store credit requests on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to find a solution.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item (if eligible), then place a new order separately unless otherwise directed by a team member.
