WHAT IS A REFILLERY & HOW DOES IT WORK?
What is a refillery?
A refillery is a shop where you bring your own containers to refill everyday essentials like cleaning products, skincare, and more. It’s a low-waste, packaging-free approach to shopping that helps reduce single-use plastic and supports a more sustainable lifestyle.
How does it work?
It’s simple:
- Bring your clean, dry containers.
- Weigh them at our tare station.
- Fill with the product of your choice.
- Weigh again and pay only for the product inside.
What can I refill?
We offer refills for home cleaning products, body care, skincare, and more—like dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and all-purpose cleaners. Visit our Available Refills page for a full list.
Do I need to bring my own containers?
We encourage you to bring your own, but we also sell clean, reusable containers in glass and aluminum for your convenience.
Can I bring any kind of container?
Yes, as long as it’s clean, dry, and appropriate for the product you’re refilling (for example, pump bottles for liquids, or food-safe jars for pantry items).
Is there a minimum amount I have to refill?
Nope! Refill as much, or as little, as you need.
How do I know what it will cost?
Each refillable product is priced by the ounce. You'll see pricing clearly posted, and you’ll only be charged for the amount you take home.
Can I place a bulk or wholesale refill order?
Not at this time, but it is something we hope to have available in the future!
OUR PRODUCTS
Are all your products eco-friendly?
Yes. Everything we carry is thoughtfully vetted for sustainability, ethical sourcing, and ingredient safety. Most are plant-based, biodegradable, and made by small makers who share our values.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
We prioritize brands that are cruelty-free and vegan whenever possible. Check the label or ask us if you’re unsure.
Are your products clean?
Absolutely. We define “clean” as non-toxic, low-waste, ethically made, and as natural as possible, no harsh chemicals, ever.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin or pregnancy?
Many are gentle enough for sensitive skin. We carry fragrance-free and essential oil–free options, and we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider if you’re pregnant or nursing.
Are your products nut-free?
Some products may contain nut-based ingredients like almond oil or shea butter. Please check labels carefully or contact us if you have specific allergies.
What if a product doesn’t work for me?
We always want you to love what you buy. Reach out and we’ll do our best to troubleshoot or offer a store credit when possible.
Can I trust products sold on third-party sites like Amazon?
We do not sell on Amazon. To ensure safety, freshness, and product authenticity, please only purchase Wonderfill products from our website, storefront, or verified pop-ups.
How are your products sourced?
We partner with small, ethical vendors who prioritize transparency, sustainability, and minimal packaging, just like we do.
SHIPPING
How fast do you ship?
Orders are typically processed in 2–4 business days, and shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery takes about 3–7 business days depending on your location.
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies per order and is calculated by state and product weight.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States. We’re proudly based in Cookeville, Tennessee, and love sending our products nationwide.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but it’s in the works! If you're outside the U.S., feel free to reach out so we can measure interest for future expansion.
Are there customs or duties fees?
Currently, no. All shipments are domestic.
Can I shop in person?
Yes! Visit us at 17 W. Spring Street in Cookeville, TN. We also attend local markets and pop-up events, follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the latest.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
How do I check my order status?
After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you didn’t receive one, contact us and we’ll help.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged at the time of purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online: Major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay
In-store: All Credit cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash
Can I cancel or change an order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Email us right away and we’ll do our best to catch it.
Can I remove a saved payment method?
Yes—log into your account and update your payment preferences.
Forgot your password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page or email us for a reset.
Why was my order canceled?
It could be due to payment issues or limited inventory. If this happens, we’ll contact you right away and issue a refund if needed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What’s your return policy?
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to health and safety regulations, refills and hygiene products are final sale.
Do you accept international returns?
We currently only ship within the U.S., so international returns do not apply.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Let us know within 14 days, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
