What is available for online shopping?
Most of our inventory is available to shop online, including bar soaps, plastic-free swaps, sustainable accessories, and locally made goods.
Please note: We do not ship liquid refills. Liquid refillables are available in-store only at our Cookeville location.
How do I place an order?
- Browse our online shop and add your selected items to the cart.
- Complete checkout by entering your shipping details and payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
- We’ll pack and ship your order with care, typically by the next business day.
Do you ship?
Yes! We ship within the United States using USPS.
Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Please remember: We do not ship any liquid refills due to packaging restrictions and sustainability concerns. All liquid products are available in-store only.
Can I refill my containers through the website?
Not at this time. All refills are available in-store only using our simple system: hi. weigh. refill. pay.
You’re welcome to shop online for prefilled containers or zero-waste swaps and have them shipped directly to your home.
