Online Shopping FAQ
What is available for online shopping?
All of our inventory is available to purchase online, however we do not ship our liquid bulk refills – those are only for curbside pick up and local delivery. We ship within the U.S.
How do I place my order?
Navigate to the product you would like to order and add to your shopping cart.
If it is a refillable product, you will select the pre-filled container you would like. Our glass and aluminum containers can be reused over and over. Note that refillable liquid products are not available for shipping at this time.
Select either curbside pickup or local delivery at check out. Curbside delivery is the current default - if you prefer home delivery, click "change" at the bottom of your order and select "delivery" in the next window. If you would like your items delivered, please add information on where to drop the packages in the comment section (see notes about local delivery below).
You will receive a text when your order is ready for pick up (curbside) or en route (delivery).
How do I get my order?
Here are the available ways to receive your online order.
Curbside Pickup
Place your order and choose curbside pickup at checkout (order before midnight for next day pickup).
We will send you a text when your order is ready for pickup.
You will send us a text when you arrive at the store.
We will bring your order out to you.
Local Delivery ($15 Delivery Fee)
Place your order and choose local delivery at checkout. You must live within 5 miles of the store (~ S ~~~~~ Ave. Cookeville, TN). Deliveries will be made within 2 business days of your order.
In the comment box please add instructions:
• Your delivery address
• Any delivery details or specific location to leave your order
We will send you a text when your order is on the way, and another text once we have delivered everything.
Shipping
Place your order and select shipping. We ship with USPS, and orders are typically sent out the following business day.
